In some instances where a size is out of stock, your order will act as a pre-order at which we will order your jacket to be made. This will then be sent you to via DPD express. Turnaround for pre-orders can be up to 2 weeks wait, as our jackets are handmade.
Delivery within the EU
Free on all orders (Poczta Polska) – your Sheepers order should arrive within 5-8 working days of your order.
EU Express (GLS) 3-5 working day – €10
Please order before 11am for next day delivery – If ordered on a Friday before 10am you will receive your item on a Monday
Rest of the world - International delivery

Your Sheepers order should arrive within 10 working days of your order.
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it.
